Cooperating with Ningbo Dairy Group and Johnsons from Australia, Ningshing invested Ningbo Ningshing Yoyou Feed Co., Ltd as the controlling shareholder, entering the field of modern science and technological agriculture. Ningshing Yoyou owns the TMF Technology as the domestic initiative Feed Fermentation Technology, which is the upgrading and evolution of the existing TMR technology in China. TMF dairy feed solution, which has been utilized successfully in Japan, Korea and Australia, upgrades the traditional TMR dairy feed, optimizes the feed quality, and finally enhances the milk yield, and is going to fill the technological gap of the industrialization and commercialization of dairy feed in China. With a total investment of RMB 150 million, Ningshing Yoyou is equipped with a world-leading fully-mixed-feed production line with a designed annual output of 200,000 tons of fermented feed. Zhoushan Ningshing Ship Building & Repairing Co., Ltd is located in Daishan shipbuilding industrial park in Zhoushan city, which is adjacent to Shanghai and Ningbo and is the forefront of Yangtze River Delta economic zone. Covering an area of 177,000 square meters and having five berths with maximum load of 70,000 tons, Ningshing Zhoushan Shipbuilding is equipped with 200T gantry crane, plasma flame cutting machine and other advanced production and processing machinery equipment. With a professional high-tech ship construction team, it can undertake the manufacturing of ultra-low temperature refrigerated ships, ocean-going refrigerated ships, ice-enhanced bulk carriers, container barges, dredgers, three-purpose tugs, product tankers, chemical tankers, and ocean-going fishing vessels in accordance with Chinese and foreign classification society specifications and international convention standard. Supplemented by ship maintenance and repair business, the company is committed to building a ship construction & repair base and constantly expand the development space of professional industrialization.

Engaged in the Tank Terminal business of liquid chemicals for nearly twenty years, Ningshing has built and operates storage tanks both in Zhenhai port of Ningbo and Zhangjiagang port of Jiangsu. The total storage capacity is over 110 thousand cubic meters. Ningshing provides professional logistic service including international transit, bonded warehousing, bonded barrels and bonded transport service. By virtues of advanced e-commerce platform and a solid & reliable safety management, Ningshing enjoys good reputation in tank terminal business. It becomes the first designated delivery warehouse for ethylene glycol futures in Zhejiang Province and has established strong business relationships with renowned international petrochemical companies such as SABIC, Shell, Sinochem as well as large platforms like Dalian Commodity Exchange.

Ningshing has joined hands with a state-owned listed company named Sinomach Automobile (Stock code: 600335) and co-invested Ningbo Sinomach Ningshing Automobile Co. Ltd. With extensive experience in automobile retailing business and good factory relationship & supply resources, the Company operates the 4S dealerships of FAW Toyota and GAC Toyota, providing full value service chain business including the sale of new and used cars, car maintenance, auto finance, and auto rental business.
